Electrical problem

Hello, the wipers on my wifes '91 Spirit stopped working the other day. We put on a different motor and still nothing. I checked the fuse and it is working normal. She uses the car to deliver the mail and really needs wipers but I can't figure it out. Any ideas on what else to look for would be great. Also, I read another "answer" and they mentioned a ground connected to the motor but I do not see a ground on either the new motor or old motor.
