Engine Performance problem

The waterpump got replaced about a year. Went to leave college campus after orientation. There was coolant everywhere, but there is still coolant in radiator and overflow tank. Tried to start car and would not start. It will crank, almost started once. What is wrong?

check all your hoses first. find out exactly where the coolant is leaking from. under the water pump, under the radiator, or elsewhere. locate the leak and we'll go from there...
