Electrical problem
1991 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 203000 miles

Cruise control working fine; car sat for 9 months. Now panel button lights up when touched, but after pressing "set" button on steering wheel, c/c won't engage. Wanted to check fuse, but owner's manual doesn't list a fuse for c/c. Any suggestions welcome.
