Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 220000 miles

ok so im wokring on my buddys 4 runner the stupid thing was over heating so compression test showed nothing check oil and ect no murkyness or anything, so i started with the thermostat that was toast but dug a little deeper and wish i didnt cuz i found that this thing has gone 220 000 kms without having his timing belt changed and it was stretched not even making contact with the water pump pulley so i did his timing belt, water pump, tensioner, idler, thermostat, radiator and rad cap got it all beck together threw the plugs back in threw some coolant in and now it will jsut turn over and wont start is sound like it wants to but wont...its got spark and fuel but it jsut wont start
any input??
