the key wont turn in ignition the steering wheel is in the locked position. i play with wheel then eventually it turns and the car starts.could it be the lock cylinder?
Nothing is wrong. When the steering shaft is locked, you need to twist the steering wheel to release the tension before the key can be turned in the ignition.
