Electrical problem
1990 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 126000 miles

I have replaced computer with known good commputer, replaced fuel pump relay and checked/bypassed inertia switch. 12 volts at battery, relay clicks with switch on but only get 7 volts to inertia switch. removed pump and works fine when jumped with 12 volts. Why only 7 volts to pump, ground is good.
