Steering problem
1990 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 95,000 miles

When I checked the power steering fluid leval it was full of water. I added fluid and the steering returned to normal but how could water get pnto the reservoir? There doesn't seem to be any loss of coolant.
