1990 Chrysler New Yorker 6 cyl Automatic

I have a 1990 New Yorker 6 cylinder 3.3 My alarm keeps disabling my car I have tried resetting it and locking the doors and using door key to unlock in order reset. normally thiswould work however now it is not and my car keeps honking at me.
