Electrical problem
1990 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello, my boyfriend replaced the starter on my 90 Lumina, without paying attention to exactly HOW the wires were to be put back on it. When I try to start the car, there is only a faint whir sound, and I am assuming that the wires were not replaced correctly.

The positive battery cable and 2 fairly large orange wires are all routed to one post and then there is a small wire going to the small post.

Can you please tell me, or preferrably show me how the wires are to be connected correctly to the starter? Thank you, Duskylee
