1990 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 91,000 miles

my car will not start when it sits out in the rain for a couple hours it gets no spark to the spark plugs but i let it sit out in the sun it starts right up and runs fine WHAT is wrong
