Electrical problem
1990 Buick Riviera V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual 80,000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
This car was in great shape when we bought it, then it started to stall every now and then, and now it won't start. We have reason to suspect it's the starter but then what do we do because we can't go to a mechanicc,
