1990 Acura Integra Car Lag

Engine Performance problem
1990 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 220000 miles

I would like to know what's wrong with my car because when I'm accelerating from the stop light the car doesn't want to go and kinda slows down and sputs until I nearly floor the pedal. Please advise. Thank you.

That can be a number of issues ranging from a plugged air filter to injector issues to plug and wire issues. The air filter first, then pull the plugs and look at them. how old are the wires?

So I should go ahead and check the air filter first to see if its been plugged? What plugs do i pull to check?
