Bought the vehicle used. The key was broken off in the ignition lock cylinder. The previous owner told me that one key fits the doors and ignition. So after I had the broken key removed I had a new key cut from the code on the door lock. The new key does not turn the ignition lock cylinder. Is there a different key for the ignition? If so, how do I find out the code for cutting a new key? If not, the tumbler/cylinder could be damaged. Any tricks to replacing it?
