Engine Cooling problem
1989 Other Acura Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 130,00 miles

After the car has been on for only about 5 min. the Temp gauge is in the red. There is no steam coming from under the hood, and it is not boiling over. The fans do not engage, unless I turn on the AC, and then they work until I turn off the AC. There is no water in the oil, the water pump has been replaced, and the radiator is in good shape. I am pretty sure there are no leaks either. Do I have a faulty Temp sensor, or why is my car still overheating?
