Electrical problem
1989 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 267000 miles
the issue is that the wipers front and rear ,horn ,ac , heat and turn signals all have quite. all else seems to be fine . i have tested the fussible links at the battery and all the fuses .there is no power at the fuse for these circuits. i beleive this would be a fussible link butt were are more or is it possible the ignition switch went bad?
any input would be greatly appreciated
thanks andy |

all of the things you mentioned get power from the brown wire coming out of the ignition switch.
I see that there is a orange wire that comes out of the switch that powers the windows.
and those two circuits get there power from the same place in the switch,
so if your windows work, then it's got to be the ignition switch.w
