Engine Mechanical problem

My old Honda has a miss when driving. It happens when engine is under a bit of a load ( going up a slight hill) or when accelerating or decelerating. It basically just jerks the car and then keeps on going. I replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and distributor rotor. Timing is right on. Been a very good car. Bought it new in 89 and runs cheap. I is a carburated engine. Thanks for any help solving this problem.

Could be the Carb's metering valve and power valve to include a fuel pressure problem
