Electrical problem

I have a 1989 Honda Accord with an Automatic Transmission lock that is connected to the Ignition switch. Both have been somewhat tempermental, but all of a sudden I have lost all power. When I put the key in the igniton and jiggle it or the shifter the power goes on and off. Any idea what I need to do to fix this?
