Steering problem
1989 Chevy Silverado V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 175000 miles

The steering column has a lot of play in it. I removed
the steering wheel and the locking plate. I found two torx bolts that were loose but can't seem to find where they bolt into. It looks like they bolt into the tilt steering assembly somehow.
