Electrical problem
1989 Acura Legend 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 138658 miles

Hey, Thanks for your time. I just bought a car yesterday and the windshield wipers do not work for me. I checked the fuses and it was fine. I checked to see if the washer fluid would come out and it did, so im a little confused as to what I should do now.?
