Steering problem

below 60 degrees my power steering is stiff and makes a loud whining noise at low speeds and while stationary. I drained the fluid and refilled the resevoir but it still does it. It gets better as the car warms as well as the temperature.

The manuel suggest it is a problem and recognizes this and to take it into the dealership.

It sounds as if you have a pump issue, i would get the dealer to investigate this for you.
