Engine Performance problem
2001 BMW X5 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 119000 miles

I have a 2001 BMW X5 3.0 that has had a new engine place in it this new engine has about 30,000 miles on it now, but when I drive it shakes alott and it has a hard time moving I almost have to floor it to get it to move. It makes a big rumbling noice now when I try to drive it so I just have it sitting in my garage now. Any Idea what the problem could be? I'm thinking it might be the heads in the engine.
