1985 Other BMW Models Air Ducts

Air Conditioning problem
1985 Other BMW Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My air compressor seams to be working and so is my heather but the heather only comes out of the defroster ducts and the air doesn't come out anywhere, Do you have any idea what I should look for ?

Sorry I am so late getting back but a lot of work and a long vacation, Anyway it is a 1985 BMW 735I auto. trans. thanks again

The E23 body style is known for having issues with the vacuum actuators failing, they are in the wind shield wiper tub and the sheet metal cover will need to be removed to access them. Repost if more help is needed.

I was wondering where they hid those things I tried looking under the dash and what a mess that is its all you could do to look under there much less try and work on it. Thanks again I will be trying to fix this as soon as I have time.I will let you know how it goes.
