I feel like such a dope. I had removed my alternator some weeks ago to have it tested. Alas I didn't take a picture of what wires went were. The repair manual has a terribly blurry B/W picture. So I thought I better get some help before I hook the wrong wire up and do some series damage

Tell me what the wires are. Is there one large red wire? It should go to the big post. Is there a connector with three wires? It goes in the back of the unit, and remember to run a ground wire from the alt to the motor! ♥■♥
