1988 Pontiac Grand Prix The seatbelts do retract against the body when just driving however when i hit the brakes the seat belt doesn't retract further to offer me protection. Is there any way i can fix this problem myself? All GM companies are telling me to get a lap belt, but those are illegal in models made after 1969 so that really doesn't help.
