Engine Performance problem 1988 Ford Thunderbird 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual ---------------------------------------------------------------- have a 1988 thunderbird turbo coupe, 2.3, I have an 18 lb trubo charger and i'm only about a 3 to 5 lb boost what could be causing such a low boost?replace turbo charger 10.000 miles ago. could it be the converter?
