Brakes problem
1988 Ford Bronco V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 169000 miles

I went to go to work and pressed the gas and the brakes were engaged. Had to give it plenty of gas and then they would disengage. Once I got going and would go to brake, they were very sensitive and would seem to engage and disengage abruptly. It has now been doing this for a week. The brakes still stop the truck. but most of the time when you engage the brakes it sounds like they slam down instantly.
