Electrical problem
1988 Cadillac El Dorado V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 90000 miles

My Instrument panel has been flickering on and of in my 1988 Cadillac Eldorado Biaritz. And just recently when the instrument panel flickers off my engine control system light turns on and the instrument panel stays off. But everything else on the out side still works (lights, turn signals, brake lights). The fuses seem to be making a clicking noise when the instrument panel flicker but i checked all the fuses and they are good.
