Engine Performance problem 1988 Buick Regal 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic ---------------------------------------------------------------- I have a 88-89 buick regal with the 2.8 in it. The vehicle drives normal on a flat surface or going downhill, but when trying to go uphill the car seems to have low engine power. The transmission seems to be changing gear at the normal intervels but the car doesn't want to go any faster then 40mph. Any Ideas as to what could be causing this?
