Dear Car Pros,

I just purchased a used porsche 924 which didn't start. i got it to start and then notice that a lot of smoke coming out of exhaust pipe. listening to the engine, i can hear from ticking noise. what do you think the cause is and what actions should i take?

Also, i just purchased a used 924 from a 82 924. Will it fit an 87 924? Thanks.
