1987 Honda Accord Head lights and back lights out

Electrical problem
1987 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 185000 miles

I have 87 accord 4 door.The head lights are out in the front and the back lights are out. The left and right brake lights work and the left and right blinkers work.Why are the lights out?Is this a combination switch bad in colume? I did check fuses all seem to be good.This is an automatic.
