Engine Mechanical problem
1987 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles

What is that screw that only can be turned with a allan key, , after I remove the top plate on the gas carburator you can see it, cause I turned it and now my truck won't start. And if its a mixture needle, how many turns do i set it at?
