Transmission problem

I have an 86 Olds Cutlass Sierra with the automatic overdrive that doesn't seem to be working all of a sudden.

The trans fluid is good, no foaming or burnt, level is good. No problems with Rev., or fwd gears shifting(1st, 2nd, 3rd) shifts ok. It should shift into overdrive when the engine is at it's operating temp, light throttle highway speeds, which is was working fine, till recently it doesn't seem to want to shift into overdrive.

Would there be something in the value body causing this, some sort of throttle sensor or temp sensor not working?
