Electrical problem

So I replaced the backup bulbs and when in reverse the lights dont go on. I thought it might be a fuse, but the turn signals work, the brake lights work etc. (BTW WHERE IS THE FUSE BOX ON THIS THING???) How can I fix this problem as it is needed to pass a NYS inspection? If I can, I'd rather DIY then send it to a shop as the labor for this tanker is a pain ... THANKS!
