1982 Other Nissan Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles

have a 1982 280zx turbo changed fuel filter and fuel pump air filter added sea foam to fuel and car starts great idels good but when u push the gas and get to about 20 to 25 miles an hour it cuts out and if you floor it it cut out or chugs . also checked coil wire and it looks good plugs look ok . but i dont know how to check pressure regulator . am i missing something . please help me
