1978 Ford F150 WILL NOT START

Electrical problem
1978 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 78534 miles

I ACCIDENTLY HOOKED UP MY BATTERY BACKWARDS AND QUICKLY DISCONNECTED IT AND FIXED IT. BUT NOW IT WILL NOT START. I REPLACED THE STARTER SELENOID THE BATTERY CABLES THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR THE IGNITION SWITCH AND THE TUMBLER I HAVE CHECKED THE VOLTAGE ON THE BATTERY AND THE VOLTAGE GOING TO THE SELENOID AND THERE IS POWER GOING TO ALL THE CONNECTIONS. I DESPERATLY NEED SOME HELP

BUT NOW IT WILL NOT START. If you meant it cranks over and will not start-do below

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

If it doesn't crank at all/nothing-you could have blown the fusible links at the starter relay-check and test before and after the link.
